29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) John Lester Carpentry, on or about May 22, 2023, at the location of 19700 Beach Cliff Drive, Rocky River, OH: The employer did not ensure that employees performing carpentry activities on a steep roof were protected from fall hazards. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of 20-22 feet to the ground below while performing these activities on a slope of 6/12.
