29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1):29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. a) Water Station - On or about May 22, 2023, the employer exposed employees to trip and fall hazards in that, power cords connected to wall outlets were stretched across access area along with stacks of wood pieces and nylon straps on the floor. b) Break Area - On or about May 22, 2023, the employer exposed employees to upper respiratory hazards in that, a Portacool Jet Stream fan with media filter was being operated during work hours that had large amounts of dust and mildew growth.

29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2):29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The employer did not ensure that the floor of each workroom is maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. The employer did not ensure that when wet processes are used, drainage is be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats are provided. a) Paint Station: On or about May 22, 2023, the employer exposed employees to slips and falls in that, the eye wash and body drench station did not have drainage installed which allowed water to flow onto the floor.
