29 CFR  1910.1200(g)(8):   The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical:  Hazard Communication Program - The employer did not maintain safety data sheets (SDS's) for each hazardous chemical product used in the workplace, such as but not limited to, flammable paints, thinners, and fuel.  Employees are exposed to skin  and eye irritation hazards.
