29 CFR  1910.134(c)(1):  A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:  a)  On our about May 10, 2023 and at times prior thereto, where the written respiratory protection program had not been implemented.  Employees are required by the employer to wear respiratory protection when using chemo agents to treat tumors and during chemo instillation and drainage.
