29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement:  7585 Falcon Mkt. Pl., Falcon CO. 80831; On or about 05/24/23, and at times prior, Epic Construction, Inc. as controlling and exposing employer, did not ensure that its employees and subcontractor employees were protected from impalement hazards in that, uncapped concrete stakes were protruding above the concrete forms where employees were working.
