29 CFR  1910.67(c)(2)(viii):An aerial lift truck may not be moved when the boom is elevated in a working position with men in the basket, except for equipment which is specifically designed for this type of operation in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs (b)(1) and (b)(2) of this section.  State route 144, near Spring Mills, PA: On or about May 25, 2023,  an employee worked installing fiber in an elevated basket of an aerial lift truck.  The aerial lift  truck was moved while the employee was elevated.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
