Condition observed on or about 25MAY23.   NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers shall be stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse.  a)  1 Sorbello Rd, Pedricktown, NJ 08067: Storage of pallets created a hazard to employees when they were not properly secured during transport. The pallets were not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that they were stable and secure against sliding or collapsing when the trailer doors were opened.  Condition noted on or about May 25, 2023.  NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
