29 CFR  1926.454(a)(1):The employer failed to have each employee who performs work while on a scaffold trained regarding the nature of any electrical hazards, fall hazards and falling object hazards in the work area.  On or about May 24, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees were trained to recognize and minimize hazards associated with falls while operating aerial lifts.  An employee using a Nifty SP34 #499  aerial lift was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 16  feet while performing construction activities without utilizing fall protection.     Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
