29 CFR  1910.22(a)(1):  The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition.   a) At 1909 Northeast 25th Avenue, Ocala, FL:  On or about May 30, 2023 the employer exposed employees to  health hazards, in that, employees were using a restroom that is not in sanitary conditions.  b) At 1909 Northeast 25th Avenue, Ocala, FL: On or about May 30, 2023 the employer exposed employees to slip and fall hazards, in that, employees are exposed to aluminum shaving particles on the floor next to two aluminum saw stations.

29 CFR 1910.22(d)(2): The employer did not ensure that hazardous conditions on walking-working surfaces are corrected or repaired before an employee uses the walking-working surface again. The employer did not ensure that if the correction or repair cannot be made immediately, the hazard is guarded to prevent employees from using the walking-working surface until the hazard is corrected or repaired.  a) At the trailers' assembly lines:  On or about May 30, 2023: the employer exposed employees to trip and  fall hazards, in that, the walking-working surface was not maintained free of holes. At the trailers assembly lines there was a floor hole 12" x 18" , set of six holes, 4 inches diameter each and wires exposed over concrete floor surface.

At 1909 Northeast 25th Avenue, Ocala, FL:  On or about May 30, 2023 the employer exposed employees to  struck-by hazards, in that, employer store Argon cylinders not secure at the assembly line area next to a door.
