29 CFR  1910.1030(g)(2)(vii): The employer's training program did not contain the minimum elements required by 29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(vii)(A) through (g)(2)(vii)(N):   a) Facility: On or about 5/31/2023, the employer did not ensure that initial Bloodborne Pathogen training for employees, such as, but not limited to LPNs, CNAs and housekeeping, with occupational exposure to blood and other bodily fluids included all required elements of Bloodborne Pathogens training.  Employees were exposed when performing activities, such as, but not limited to, wound care and cleaning surfaces contaminated with body fluids.   NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
