29 CFR 1926.454(c)(3):When inadequacies in an affected employee's knowledge of use of fall protection systems or equipment indicate that the employee has not retained the requisite understanding or skill, the employer shall retrain the affected employee. On or about May 31, 2023, an employee working from an aerial lift was not protected from fall hazards and demonstrated inadequacies in their knowledge of fall protection systems.
