29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition:  a.)	Shearer's Foods Waterford, LLC, Mixing/bake line areas, on or about May 24th, 2023 and times prior thereto:  Employees were potentially exposed to fire and explosion hazards from the explosive dust that had accumulated in the mixing/bake line areas of the facility.  Dust accumulations were present in the upper areas including, but not limited to, the light fixtures above the mixer/auger, various areas on the steel support structures associated with the mixing/bake line and conduit and piping associated with the mixing process.

29 CFR  1910.307(c):Equipment, wiring methods, and installations of equipment in hazardous (classified) locations were not intrinsically safe, approved for the hazardous (classified) location, or safe for the hazardous (classified) location:  a) Shearer's Foods Waterford, LLC, Mixing/bake line areas, on or about May 24th, 2023 and times prior thereto: Equipment including, but not limited to, the LED lights (GE current brand Serial # 93161168 120-277 v) that were mounted above the mixing/bake lines were not approved for Class II locations.  The areas in, around, and on the electrical equipment contained layered accumulations of combustible dust that presented  fire and explosion hazards.
