29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: Hazard Communication Program - The employer did not develop a written Hazard Communication Program for employees in the housekeeping and maintenance departments who use products, such as but not limited to, cleaning products, bleach, flammable paints, thinners and gasoline on a daily basis. Employees are exposed to skin and lung irritation hazards. The written program shall include the following: 1. A list of all hazardous chemicals used at the work site; 1. Current Safety Data Sheets (SDS's); 2. A description of the pictogram system: 3. A description of the labeling system that will be used in the workplace; 4. A description of training and information provided to affected employees.
