29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:   Hazard Communication Program - The employer did not develop a written Hazard Communication Program for employees in the housekeeping and maintenance departments who use products, such as but not limited to,  cleaning products, bleach, flammable paints, thinners and gasoline on a daily basis.  Employees are exposed to skin and lung irritation hazards.  The written program shall include the following:   1. A list of all hazardous chemicals used at the work site;  1. Current Safety Data Sheets (SDS's);               2. A description of the pictogram system:             3. A description of the labeling system that will be used in the workplace;  4. A description of training and information provided to affected employees.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:   Hazard Communication Program - The employer did not provide the required information and training to employees using hazardous chemical products such as but not limited to,  cleaning products, bleach, flammable paints, thinners and gasoline on a daily basis.  Employees are exposed to skin and eye irritation hazards.
