29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not maintained in a sanitary and reliable condition:  (a) Laundry facility located at 200 Wampanoag Trail in East Providence, RI:   On or about June 1, 2023, protective splash googles used when handling liquid bleach were not properly maintained in that inside and outside surfaces were coated with dust and the available face shields and vinyl exam gloves were not appropriate for chemical splash protection.
