OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards:  Instance a) On or about June 6, 2023, employees exposed to struck-by hazards in the farm shop while performing repair and inflation of tires, rims, innertubes for tractors, and pivot tires, without utilizing a restraining device or other measures for employee safety.  Instance b) On or about June 6, 2023, and at times prior thereto, exposed to being struck by fragments of plastic pipe due to the pipe's potential for explosive shattering when used to transport compressed air.
