Records of annual maintenance date were not retained  for one year after the last entry or the life of the shell, whichever is less.   On or about June 5, 2023, the employer did not ensure the sole fire extinguisher located in the kitchen area was inspected on an annual basis.

29 CFR 1903.2(a)(1): The employer did not post and keep posted OSHA notices informing employees of the protections and obligations provided for in the Act, and that for assistance and information, including copies of the Act and of specific safety and health standards, employees should contact the employer or the nearest office of the Department of Labor.       On or about June 5, 2023, the employer did not ensure the OSHA Job Safety and Health: It's the Law poster was displayed. This prevented the workers from knowing their rights under the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
