On a balcony of a new multifamily residential, at a temporary worksite located at 1095 Farwell Street, in Jacksonville, FL: On or about June 6, 2023, the employer, exposed employees to 20.4' fall hazard, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while unloading plywood from the forklift.
