29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  (a) Jobsite, 1 1/2 Floor Level:  On or about June 1, 2023, employees were exposed to two different fall hazards.  One fall hazard was from an open sided stairway and this fall hazard was  up to about 7 feet.   The other fall hazard was was about a 12 foot fall hazard to the entrance vestibule.  This second fall hazard had an approximately 15 inch high parapet wall to the open sided floor.  The employee were working in this area without any personal fall arrest equipment.
