29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  105 Edgewood Drive (Starbucks) -On or about June 9, 2023, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while working on the roof without fall protection at approximately 13 feet high.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1):Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access nor was the ladder secured at it's top to a rigid and a grasping device, such as a grabrail, provided to assist the employee in mounting and dismounting the ladder:   (a) 105 Edgewood Dr.  - On or about June 9, 2023 , employees were exposed to a fall hazard while climbing the 13 feet ladder to access the roof that was not secured to the building.   (b) 105 Edgewood Dr.  - On or about June 9, 2023, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while climbing the 13 feet ladder to access the roof that did not extend 3 feet above the landing.
