29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  On or about May 9, 2023 at Weaver Precision Fabrication & Finishing located at 1100 Home Ave. Akron, OH 44310, did not ensure the operator(s) of the angle grinders to include but not limited to the DeWalt Angle Grinder (DWE43214N) were protected by one or methods of machine guarding from the hazards created by the point of operation and rotating parts of the grinder.
