29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  Snow Making Bldg. - An electrical panel board (120-240V) used to energize equipment and lighting was blocked by various types of materials.  A 3-foot clearance was not maintained as required.   Employees are exposed to fire hazards.
