Employees engaged in recycling operations at 440 J Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68508, were exposed to fire hazards in that employees were exposed temporary wiring from an extension cord that was powering sensors near the main hopper on the 2nd floor. The temporary wiring/extension cord in use had been powering sensors on the bailer press for over 6 months. This was most recently documented on or about June 12th, 2023.
