29 CFR  1926.252(b): When debris was dropped through holes in the floor without the use of chutes, the area onto which the material was dropped was not completely enclosed with barricades not less than 42 inches high and not less than 6 feet back from the opening above and marked with warning signage.  Garage level: On or about June 13, 2023, the employer failed to ensure that employees were not exposed to materials dropped from a debris chute to the floor of a garbage enclosure with the use of barricades and warning signage.
