29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:    a. At a new residential construction site, located at, or near, 54 Cypress Edge Dr. St. Johns, Florida: On or about June 14, 2023, the employer exposed employees, to fall hazards ranging from 10 to 13-foot, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while installing siding to a structure, while working in an aerial lift.
