On or About: June 15, 2023 Location: 751 Vose Ave., Orange, NJ 07050  a) Employee was not using a fall protection system while using the work bench as scaffold platform to install siding and was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30-feet.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   On or About: June 14, 2023 Location: 751 Vose Ave., Orange, NJ 07050  a) Employee who was performing framing activities at approximate 12-feet high was exposed to fall hazard because the employee was not utilizing fall protection system.
