29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, form or scrap lumber with protruding nails was not kept clear from work areas. On or about 6/15/2023, and at times prior thereto at 104 East Brazos Victoria TX 77901 on the south side of the construction site, employees conducted residential construction operations and the work areas were not kept clear of scrap lumber, metal materials, and sharp edges.
