29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv):Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms without being specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: a) At 131 EJ Circle, Unit 9, Gulf Shores, Alabama: On June 20, 2023; the employer allowed his employee to operate a JLG Telescopic handler with sheet of plywood laid over the forks to get an employee off a roof exposing the employee to a fall hazard of 30 feet to the ground below.
