Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   a)Jackson Framing, LLC located at 9190 Antares Ave, Columbus, OH 43240: On or about June 21, 2023, employees were performing framing activities on a commercial roof at heights of over 13 feet without any means of fall protection/prevention, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
