A) 29 Fenimore Road, Scarsdale - NY : Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet, while  working on a fabricated framed scaffold that was not fully planked, on or about, June 19th, 2023.

29 CFR  1926.451(e)(1): Scaffold platform more than 2 feet above or below point of access, was not provided with a ladder or direct access from another structure or other equivalent  safe access during use:  A) 20 Fenimore Road, Scarsdale - NY:  Employees was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet while accessing a fabricated framed scaffold without the use of a ladder,  on or about, June 19th, 2023. The employees were climbing the scaffold and it's components.
