At the front elevation of home, on a 5:12 pitched roof of a temporary residential  job site,  located at 75427 Fox Cross Avenue - Lot 553, Yulee, Florida 32041:  On or about June 26, 2023, the employer exposed an employee to fall hazards ranging from 9 to 29 feet, in that fall protection was not utilized by the employee while installing exterior soffit and siding materials.

On the roof of a temporary residential worksite, located at 75427 Fox Cross Avenue - Lot 553, Yulee, FL 32041: On or about June 26, 2023, the employer exposed an employee to fall hazards, in that an employee was using an A-frame type potable ladder in the closed position and leaned against the residence to install exterior soffit and siding materials.

At a temporary residential job site, located at 75427 Fox Cross Avenue - Lot 553, Yulee, FL 32041:  On or about June 26, 2023, the employer exposed an employee to eye injury hazards caused by airborne debris and flying objects, in that the employee was permitted to operate a pneumatic nail gun supplied with air pressure while wearing sunglasses to install exterior soffit and siding materials.
