29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.  a) Multi-story Commercial Building; Ground Level: On or about 06/27/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 10 feet while working from a JLG 660SJ Aerial Lift, in that the employee was not provided with a body belt and lanyard while maneuvering the aerial lift to perform demolition activities.   b) Multi-story Commercial Building; Ground Level; Street Intersection: On or about 08/16/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 18 feet while working from a JLG 1500SJ Aerial Lift, in that the employee was not provided with a body belt and lanyard while maneuvering the aerial lift over traveling automobiles.
