29 CFR  1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:   At the residential construction site located at 2038 SW Red Barn Lane, Lee's Summit Missouri 64082: Employees were exposed to overhead hazards while working beneath other employees and not wearing any means of head protection.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system, nor were an employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   At the residential construction site located at 2038 SW Redbarn Lane, Lee's Summit Missouri 64082: Employees were exposed to falls while working on the roof of a house at a height of 10 feet 9 inches from the ground, without the use of any means of fall protection. The employer did not ensure that employees working at heights greater than six feet were wearing fall protection.  The employer, HVL Framing LLC., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1629928, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 05/23/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 2042 SW Hook Farms Drive, Lee's Summit, Missouri 64082.
