29 CFR  1904.39(a)(2): Within twenty-four (24) hours after the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees or an employee's amputation or an employee's loss of an eye, as a result of a work-related incident, you did not report the in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye to OSHA.  On or about June 30, 2023, and prior thereto, THE 94 CORPORATION DBA Grand Events and Grand Rental Station did not report the in-patient hospitalization of one employee to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours. The company was aware of the in-patient hospitalization of one employee on June 8, 2023. The reportable incident was not reported to OSHA within the required timeframe.
