29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  (a) On June 27th, 2023, at 4394 44th Street South Fargo, ND, for the employees exposed to falling hazards while shingling a residential roof at least 25 feet high and a 6/12 slope without fall protection in place.
