29 CFR1910.178(n)(4): The driver was not required to slow down and sound the horn at cross aisles and other locations where vision is obstructed: Workyard: On or about July 5, 2023, the employer did not ensure an employee operating a 2018 Nissan Uni Carrier forklift, activated the on-board equipped horn with a traveling load to alert others in the immediate area, resulting in a foot fracture to an employee within close proximity of the forklift and it's maneuvering.
