29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a) Job Site: On or about and at times prior to about July 8, 2023, employees were exposed to the hazard of high ambient heat from the direct sun during the performance of their job duties, including the demolition and removal of concrete material for periods of up to 12 hours. The employer did not provide training to the employees on heat stress.
