This exposed employees to an electrical hazard.  a. GFCI with missing cover to the right of the entrance door to walk-in refrigerator. b. GFCI with missing cover to the right of sink in walk-in refrigerator. c. Broken switch cover to the left of door to walk-in freezer. d. Outlet with missing cover to the right of window in walk-in refrigerator with meat cutting band saw plugged in. e. Plug to meat cutting band saw with exposed wiring.
