29 CFR  1910.67(b)(4): Vehicle-mounted elevating and rotating work platforms:  Operations near overhead power lines did not meet the requirements in 1910.333(c)(3):  (a) On July 10, 2023, at the Foxtrot Zero Four ICBM Minuteman Missile Site located at or near Ryder, ND, an employee was exposed to electrical shock hazards while engaged in maintenance activities near energized overhead lines.

29 CFR  1910.333(c)(3)(i)(A)(1): When an unqualified person was working in an elevated position near overhead lines with voltages to ground rated at 50 kV or below, the location was not such that the person and the longest conductive object the employee could contact came closer than 10 ft. (305 cm) to any unguarded, energized overhead line:  (a) On July 10, 2023, at the Foxtrot Zero Four ICBM Minuteman Missile Site located at or near Ryder, ND, while engaged in maintenance activities from an aerial lift near overhead lines, the employee was exposed to electrical shock hazards where the overhead lines were not guarded or de-energized and the aerial platform was positioned closer than 10ft from the energized overhead lines.
