29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):   a.)  Jake's Millwright Service, LLC - On or about 7/11/23, and at times prior thereto, the company had not developed and implemented a Hazard Communication program.  The company maintained hazardous substances including, but not limited to, machining oils onsite.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

Jake's Millwright Service, LLC - On or about 7/11/23, and at times prior thereto, the company had  provided Hazard Communication training to the employees when they were hired or new chemicals were brought into the work environment.  The company maintained hazardous substances including, but not limited to, machining oils onsite.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

Jakes Millwright Service, LLC - On or about 7/11/23, and at time prior thereto, portable fire extinguishers had not received monthly inspections.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

Jakes Millwright Service, LLC - On or about 7/11/23, and at time prior thereto, portable fire extinguishers had not received an annual inspection.  Inspection tags were not located on the extinguisher to indicate the last date of inspection.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
