29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):  (a)  6506 Richfield Way, Aurora CO 80016: On or about June 21, 2023, Treeline Roofing & Construction, Inc. as the controlling employer,  did not ensure that inspections of the job site were made by a competent person.  Subcontractors at the jobsite were working without fall protection systems in place and were exposed to head injury from lack of hard hats as well as additional fall hazards from unsafe ladders in use at the site.  Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
