29 CFR  1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6:   (a) Storage room, Compressed Gas Cylinder Storage Area: : On or about 7/11/2023, employees were working in the storage area, in and around an unchained compressed gas cylinder where it is exposed to being knocked over and damaged, exposing employees to explosion and projectile hazards.  (b) Storage Room, Compressed Gas Cylinder Storage Area: On or about 7/11/2023, the compressed gas cylinder was not provided with a cap for valve protection while in storage, in accordance with the Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, Section 3.3.8.   (c) Storage Room, Compressed Gas Cylinder Storage Area:  On or about7/11/2023, the helium compressed gas cylinders storage area does not prominently post the names of the gas to be stored, in accordance with the Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, Section 3.3.2.   Dollar Tree was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1628473. citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/08/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1925 Pawtucket Avenue, East Providence, Rhode Island 02914.
