The employee was working approximately 15 to 20 feet above the ground, inside the bucket of a lift, below uncovered energized power lines. The employee was manipulating a loose copper wire. Contact or arcing between the energized line and copper wire resulted in burns and electric shock, fatality injuring the employee.
