29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b)(1)  a- 420 Franklin Turnpike, Ridgewood NJ 07450 (Residential Roof): CSHO observed employees engaged in roofing activities on a 5 on 12 pitch roof in which a means of fall protection was not being utilized exposing the employees to fall hazards of approximately 18ft to the ground below. Observed on or about 07/13/2023.
