29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): The employer did not ensure that only stable or safely arranged loads were handled:    a) 343 Cranbury Half Acre Rd, Cranbury, NJ 08512  An employee was operating a HYSTER Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) Turret Truck forklift (Model V30ZMU/Serial No. B463T02388U) in the VNA warehouse area. Multiple empty loose pallets being removed from an aisle were stacked on the forks, in excess of the manufacturer's maximum limit of 5.  The top pallet(s) caught on the storage bay netting and were pushed over the turret guard into the employee's hand, causing fracture injury to finger(s).   Incident occurred on or about 07/17/2023.
