29 CFR  1926.21(b)(2):The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury:  Job site: 3400 Hamilton Ave, Bldg. 6, Apt. 1E. On or about 7/8/2023, the employer did not ensure employees were trained in the recognition of unsafe conditions and regulations applicable to their environment to eliminate any hazards.  A Roanoke Construction, General Contractor, employee was exposed to electric shock when he touched the burnt cover of a junction box that had smoke marks above the door and on the wall. An electrical wire in the junction box was damaged and the system was not grounded, causing the cover cover of the junction box to be electrified. The employee was not trained in the recognition of electrical hazards.
