29 CFR  1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provided at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals:  (a) Oven Room; On or about July 19, 2023 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that the Xylene and Varnish dip tank did not contain a label indicating the contents and the physical and health hazards associate to the chemicals when employees are required to dip motor in the mixture daily.  b) Oven Room; On or about July 19, 2023 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that the Exxon Mobile Polyrex Grease did not contain a label indicating the contents and the physical and health hazards associated to the chemical when employees are required to apply the grease to motors daily.

29 CFR  1910.1200(g)(8):  The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work  shift to employees when they were in their work area(s)  a) Oven Room; On or about July 19, 2023 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that the safety data sheet for Exxon Mobile Polyrex Grease is not maintained at the workplace, employees are required to use the grease throughout the work day.  b) Oven Room; On or about July 19, 2023 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that the safety data sheets for the hazardous chemicals used on site were not readily accessible to employees who are required to use the hazards chemicals such as but not limited to Valero Xylene and Dolph's Varnish daily to perform work duties.

29 CFR  1910.133(b)(1)(ii):Protective eye devices did not comply with ANSI Z87.1-1989 providing employees appropriate protection when hazards associated with eye injuries were present in their job duties.   a) Oven Room; On or about July 19, 2023 and at times prior, the employer exposed to employees to eye injuries, in that face shields were not stored to prevent damage to the personal protective equipment when employees are required to use the face shields multiple times a day when performing different work duties.
