29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):  At the shop, employees are exposed to chemical hazards. Employee utilize Formula 9878 to strip rust, paint, grease on metal parts, spray metal parts with STA-BIL Rust Inhibitor and Seymour Yellow  Spray Paint and no written Hazard Communication program has been made available. Formula 9878 causes severe skin burns and eye damage. STA-BIL Rust Inhibitor and Seymour Yellow Spray Paint are both flammable and can cause skin and eye irritation.
