29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):  On or about June 29, 2023, at the TCC Building, Unit 2-C located at 14200 NW 42nd Drive in Opa Locka, Florida, the employer's competent person failed to identify an existing and/or predictable struck-by hazard, in that an overhead garage door was undergoing operational testing while a subcontractor's employee was working from a scissors lift in the travel path of the garage door.
