At a jobsite located at 1306 Estates Warrensburg, Missouri 64093, employees were exposed to eye and face injuries from flying particle hazards. Employees conducting residential framing work were observed working with and/or around pneumatic nail guns without eye and face protection.

Employees conducting residential framing work were observed working at elevations above 6 feet from the next lower level without utilizing adequate fall protection systems.
