29 CFR  1910.243(b)(2): Airhose and hose connections used for conducting compressed air to utilization equipment was not designed for the pressure and service to which they were subjected:  a) Shop - On or about July 25, 2023, an airhose with approximately 50 psi air pressure had worm drive clamps used for the end connection that were not designed for such use exposing an employee to struck by hazards.
